It was 7:45 AM on a Tuesday in January 2025. The EFI VUTEk was streaking on a $4,000 order, and the Bambu Lab X1C 3D printer was offline again. The customer's 48-hour turn was ticking. My team looked at me like I had an answer. I didn't.
